Urgent Question

Dear All, 
Hi
I would like to know if INN server supports following
features: 

- Content filtering 
**** please let me know what is the common way for
news content filtering if INN does not support this.

- Access to system through  Web Interface 
- NNTP-V2 support
- Management of each news room
- Standard AAA protocols like ldap/radius/etc.

It is appriciated if you could answer as soon as
possible
