Message Cancel Problem

I did try that also..It was able to show the message..In fact, I saw the
MSDN page . It did say that and I quote ' Canceling a message does not
remove it from a newsgroup user's computer if the user downloaded the
message before it was canceled. '.   Here is the link to tha page :
