Channel Feed Doesn't Work

I've the following line in my "/etc/new/newsfeeds" (INN 2.4.2):

    echo!:*:Tc,Ac,WmN:/usr/bin/echo "'$1' '$2'" >/tmp/qqq.echo

After I post a message to a news group, then I expect the file
"qqq.echo" to contain output such as

    '<87mztz16q7.wl%felix.klee at inka.de>' 'some.group, another.group'

However, all I get is

    '' ''

Any idea what may be the problem?
