rnews, inews: Neither has all the features

rnews was primarily designed to accept UUCP feeds, and my guess is that
stdout or stderr messages would not do quite what you'd want there.
Likewise with a different exit status. I suppose we could add a flag to
rnews saying "I'm not trying to do UUCP, please report problems like an
interactive program."
