INN 2.4.1 on OpenBSD 3.6: inndstart setgroups

I haven't had trouble running INN on OpenBSD (I did have to move the 
two setuid binaries onto a non-nosuid partition, as Russ suggested).

 From the 'id' command, it looks like your news account isn't in the 
'news' group by default --- could that be the problem?
