Problem with rnews

Hi all,
            I got the following error :
rnews: unknown_reply after ihave 480 Transfer permission denied

Here is my config....I'm running innd only as an internal news server...people are able to post and view messages. I created a new moderated group. I'm using stump to take care of the moderation. When I approved a post, I saw the above in the news.notice. Can anyone help ?
