move articles to another server

- Restore the article database and the corresponding active,
  active.times and newsgroups files to the new server.

- Rebuild the history and overview databases with makehistory.
  (the exact command syntax depends on your configuration)

- Start INN, and issue the below command BEFORE you let any
  connects from newsfeeds and newsreaders in:

	ctlinnd renumber ""

This should do the job, I guess.
