Only to generate the sample inn.conf file (for the Path entry) which
presumably you're not shipping as-is anyway. INN could use the system's
fully-qualified hostname if the Path entry isn't set, but I was worried
there would be cases where that would do the wrong thing (or expose
localhost.localdomain sorts of things).
