All right. Thanks. I indeed see that rnews tries to start a program
in <pathbin>/bin/rnews.libexec.

Done.
I have not added a reference to bzip2 in include/inn/paths.h.in because
nothing would currently use it there. But if you think I should have,
I can add a #define line in that file.
