Hi,

Sorry, it's my fault.  I forgot to exclude site/nocem.ctl from the
manifest (I had svn:ignored it in site/ and added samples/nocem.ctl
to the manifest but I forgot to update the mkmanifest script).

I have just fixed that.  CURRENT snapshot will be generated tonight.
