building INN in separate build directory

inn-2.4.3$ mkdir test-build 
inn-2.4.3$ cd test-build/ 
inn-2.4.3/test-build$ ../configure ...
...
inn-2.4.3/test-build$ LC_ALL=C nohup time make &
...
inn-2.4.3/test-build$ 

	Was this issue fixed in any of the more recent versions of INN?

	(It provides a much more robust way to do a ``make clean'', and
	it allows one to run several builds in parallel, so I really
	miss this feature.)
