Running inn under 64x.

Hello,

Is there any advantage running inn under 64x OS? We are going to start
news server on machine with 4 Gb RAM and Intel processors with EM64T
support. We try to run 32-bit OS (FreeBSD) and in such configuration
about 400 Mb of RAM remains unused. Is there any another advantages
running inn under amd64 version of FreeBSD except these 400 Mb of RAM?
Or it's better to run old good 32x and forget about piece of memory?
