Help on Migration from Exchange Newsgroups to INN

The easiest way to achieve it is this:

install the INN on your new server and add all the needed groups. The Exchange 
server should still be running. Give the new server reading rights on the 
Exchange thingie.

Then use a tool like suck to grab all the news posts from the old machine and 
use it to inject them on your INN installation. After this you should be 
done.
