Missing include/paths.h.in

Hi all --

I just tried to do a build from Subversion for the first time in a while, 
and running ./configure is giving me:

  [...]
  checking whether STREAMS fd passing is supported... no
  checking for Unix domain sockets... yes
  checking log facility for news... LOG_NEWS
  configure: creating ./config.status
  config.status: creating Makefile.global
  config.status: error: cannot find input file: include/paths.h.in

  Exit 1


Does anyone know what to make of this?
