Tr: Cleanfeed Binary Checks

Just to let you know that change, in case you wish to upgrade to last
STABLE or CURRENT which have this patch.

There is a fix for Perl hooks:  regular expressions know work fine in
innd filters, therefore especially in Cleanfeed.
