Getting back to old mail now that I'm doing a cleanout of my mail and
loading everything into Trac.

I opened ticket #4 for the encoding support. I don't recall exactly why
you need control.ctl.local for this, but now we have a ticket where we can
track the details (once I get an account created for you).
If you think this should be done before 2.5, set a milestone of 2.5.0 for
it; that way, we'll know what's left before we do the release.

Did this get solved? I saw more mail go by about it, but I wasn't sure
about the current status.
