INN Subversion repository moved

I've moved the INN Subversion repository to the new system and changed DNS
to point inn.eyrie.org at the new IP address. It will take some time for
DNS to update everywhere; in the meantime, inn-new.eyrie.org will keep
working. Please switch to inn.eyrie.org as the canonical name once your
DNS is up to date, however, as I want to retire the other name.

The new IP address for inn.eyrie.org is 166.84.7.155.

INN maintainers (those with an account on the server) can switch their
existing checkouts with:

    svn switch --relocate svn+ssh://inn.eyrie.org/work/svn/inn/trunk \
        svn+ssh://inn.eyrie.org/srv/svn/inn/trunk

and likewise for branches/2.4 checkouts. Change the first inn.eyrie.org
to another hostname if you'd used another alias for the system in the
checkout. Those who used the anonymous Subversion repository shouldn't
have to change anything once DNS is up-to-date.

I installed the Subversion hook for Trac, so Subversion commits should now
automatically update bugs if you follow the Trac changelog conventions.
Those are just "fix #NN" to close a ticket or "see #NN" to reference a
ticket. Close, closed, closes, fixed, and fixes are also supported for the
first, and references, refs, addresses, and re are also supported for the
second. Multiple tickets can be listed separated by commas, "and", or an
ampersand.

I also updated the main wiki page with information about where to download
the development source.
