Oh, I did not understand you yesterday when you told that because
I was looking at:

http://news.eyrie.org/software/inn/snapshots/

and it appears that ftp.isc.org is out of synchronization:

ftp://ftp.isc.org/isc/inn/snapshots/


I do not know whether it is Russ or ISC which [or who? -- sorry Russ
if "which" is not possible here] can solve that on their side.
