Moving articles from Netscape News to INN

[Lufkin, Brad (Mission Systems)]

Is there some way to move articles from Netscape News to INN? If so,
would the two servers have to be online at the same time, or can the
articles be exported from Netscape News to an intermediate format and
then imported into INN?
