Towards INN 2.5.0

Hi,

I think that INN 2.5.0 is (almost) ready to be released.
All impacting changes on files have been done (especially the migration
of overview.fmt to inn.conf and how checkgroups are handled with
new parameters in control.ctl[.local]).

A second (and maybe last) release candidate will soon be put
on ftp.isc.org.


In case you notice something wrong with INN 2.5.0 (including RC1),
do not hesitate to report it now.
