This one is in koi8-u, not -r (fir Ukranian language).

Probably the wrong transcoding for Russian 'ё' (7-th letter in our alphabet).

Completely bogus result when converting this to koi8-r (my terminal charset).

fido7.* seems good in koi8-r, and Ukranian groups (ukr.*) should be
good in koi8-u :-))
Thank you for your patience - we have an awful situation with national
encoding, e.g. M$ Internet Explorer has 4 charsets for us :-))
