Answering to myself:

Not done in INN 2.5.2.
Only in INN 2.6.0.

We of course keep these settings so that the user can decide
whether to generate Injection-Date: and the posting-account information
in Injection-Info: -- the default is to generate them.
addinjectiondate and addinjectionpostinghost are the names of
the new inn.conf parameters.

For INN 2.6.0.

It is a major change for people (scripts have to be rewritten
to use these new parameters: people may want to obfuscate some
headers for privacy).
And the disappearance of the Lines: header seems to confuse
other clients and servers (including INN 2.4.6) that are not
RFC-3977-compliant, or still use XOVER.
