Removing overview lines when cancelling articles

I think that if the INN you speak about is the one used by Gmane, this
value could be increased.  You otherwise keep opening data files.

If during the post of the article and its cancel, 15 different newsgroups
are read by your users, then the cancel works fine.

Hm, I wonder what could be a good value for your server.  Maybe there
isn't any good value because you have tons of groups and probably tons
of users opening them almost randomly...


Other interesting values to increase would be hiscachesize (2048 or 4096,
or even more?) and msgidcachesize (30000 or more?).
