About the development of INN 1.5.1 through 1.8 (2.0)

OK, I've just added the tag for INN 2.2.0.

I will try to contact scrappy and maybe also Forrest to see if by chance 
they have kept somewhere old tarballs of INN 1.x.
I will tell you in case I get news.
