Problem with mailpost

Hi,
Regarding to my post here:

Finally Inn is working as expected. Thanks to all involved in solving my problem.

However, I have different problem now. Old server was configured to accept posts via mail server, for example:
if mail was sent to company.socialteam at nntp.domain.com, then it automatically appeared on company.socialteam news group.

Now when I am trying to send email from command line:
echo "This is a test." | mail -s Testing company.socialteam at nntp.domain.com
then in Exim mainlog I have:
2016-10-21 09:16:57 1bxV0b-0006iE-Li <= news at media.domain.com U=news P=local S=1077
2016-10-21 09:16:57 1bxV0b-0006i1-Dg ** amino.socialteam at nntp.domain.com R=news_groups T=news_article: Child process of news_article transport returned 1 from command: /usr/local/bin/filter-ms-headers

whilst on old server:
2016-10-21 09:21:02 1bxV4X-0002dc-VP <= root at old.domain.com U=root P=local S=417
2016-10-21 09:21:02 1bxV4X-0002dc-VP => company.socialteam <company.socialteam at nntp.domain.com> R=news_groups T=news_article
2016-10-21 09:21:02 1bxV4X-0002dc-VP Complete

What does it mean that: Child process of news_article transport returned 1 from command: /usr/local/bin/filter-ms-headers
