Towards an INN 2.6.2 release

Hi all,

It is probably time to release INN 2.6.2, notably to fix a few 
regressions introduced by the previous release in how mailpost and inews 
perform headers syntax checks.
Let's schedule it for the beginning of 2018.

If you have patches to include for the next release or other annoying 
bugs to fix, please tell!
