Archives of old INN version control files

I finally got a chance to add the archives of the old INN CVS and
Subversion trees to the INN archive site.  They will show up at

    https://downloads.isc.org/isc/inn/OLD/vcs/

once the mirror refreshes.  As previously mentioned, these are the CVS
tree before we converted it to Subversion and the Subversion tree before
we converted it to Git.  The current Git repository should contain all of
the same information.  The main utility of these files is if anyone wants
the original data (as opposed to the import-synthesized commits) in case,
for example, anything went wrong with the conversion.
