Switching to ovsqlite / hissqlite by default?

Hi all,

What do you think about changing the default tradindexed and hisv6 
settings in the inn.conf sample file shipped with INN so that they are 
determined at configure time, for the next major INN 2.8.0 release?

If SQLite is usable, then it defaults to ovsqlite and hissqlite 
(otherwise, it remains tradindexed and hisv6) at installation time.
