After taking a look at cleanfeed, I'd suppose you'll have to add your
binary group to cleanfeed.local, and here to the lines:

	%config_append = (
		bin_allowed => '^alt\.mag\.',
	);

Or change 'block_binaries = 1' to '= 0'

But I am not using cleanfeed, so there might be other locations to
configure.
