Announcing IRRToolSet 4.8.4

I've tried building and running this on my Debian Linux box. Things build OK
but when I run RtConfig - essentially this is all I use the toolset for I see
an additional NULL character in the output for a set of as-path statements. E.g.

ip as-path access-list 130 deny _9560_$
\000ip as-path access-list 130 permit .*$

Using od -bc on the output I see:
