IRRToolSet 4.8.4 and broken tools

I used to, but have not for several years.

I'd like to see GUI tools, but I think Tk may not have been the best
choice as a toolkit to build them on. (Nothing against Tk. I use a Tk
based mail tool, exmh.)

The tools were a bit clunky on the human interface side and really
should have been consolidated into a single tool...perhaps with tabs for
different object types. This would also make for a reasonably extensible
tool. 

I miss them a bit, but can certainly live without them and am not about
to spend the time to update or re-write them myself.
