RTconfig issue

Hi

After installing the irrtoolset from
https://github.com/irrtoolset/irrtoolset/wiki/IRRToolSet-Installation,
following
compilation steps won't work.

I am using,

Distributor ID: Ubuntu
Description: Ubuntu 16.04.6 LTS
Release: 16.04
Codename: xenial


 # autoreconf -i
  # ./configure
  # make
  # make install
