[Kea-announce] Kea 1.4.0-P1 is now available

Kea 1.4.0-P1 is now available for download from
https://www.isc.org/downloads

1.4.0-P1 is a security-patch release of Kea DHCP which
corrects the vulnerability disclosed in CVE-2018-5739 --
https://kb.isc.org/article/AA-01626/214/CVE-2018-5739

Please note that Kea hook libraries are closely coupled
to the server version with which they are meant to work.
If you use Kea with hook libraries you should rebuild
your hooks after building the new server version.
