[kea-announce] Kea 2.6 - all versions - are now EOL

Kea users-

With the release of Kea 3.2.0 we obsoleted Kea 2.6. We will no longer be maintaining Kea 2.6, and anyone running it should update to either Kea 3.0 or Kea 3.2 (https://www.isc.org/blogs/kea-3-2/). 

There are backward-incompatible changes in the Kea 3.2 version, so we strongly encourage our users to READ THE RELEASE NOTES thoroughly before upgrading to Kea 3.2.0. Kea software and release notes can be downloaded from our website at https://www.isc.org/download/#Kea .
