Subject: [kea-announce] Kea 3.2.0 is released!

ISC is excited to announce the release of Kea 3.2.0! This is a major release and includes a long list of bug fixes, feature improvements, and build changes.

There are MANY backward-incompatible changes in this new version, so we strongly encourage our customers to READ THE RELEASE NOTES thoroughly before upgrading to Kea 3.2.0. The software and release notes can be downloaded from our website at https://www.isc.org/download/#Kea .

We have also written a KB article about upgrading to this new branch and encourage all our users to consult this resource as they plan their migration. The article is at https://kb.isc.org/docs/things-to-be-aware-of-when-upgrading-to-kea-3-2 .

Please note that at the moment, the `isc-kea-pgsql` package is not installable on Alpine systems, so we are not yet able to produce Docker images. We hope to have this issue fixed soon.
