[kea-dev] Hooks libraries and configuration information

Hi Skumar,
   The previous mail in this thread was received eight years ago, on Tue 
Sep 1
16:51:48 UTC 2015.

The numbers #3457 and #3456 in this mail refer a tracking system no 
longer in
use and do not refer to gitlab issues, so you would find them there.

The comments in the mail are about a very old Kea version and do not appear
to have any significance for current Kea versions.

I have found the following in the Kea Changes.log file:
Kea 1.0.0-beta released on December 8, 2015

     Change the way that hooks libraries are defined in the configuration
     file in preparation for allowing the specification of library-specific
     parameters in a future version of Kea.
