Hi Anton,
"kea.readthedocs.io" will take you to the latest stable version (Kea 2.6.2)

However, having the same setting as BIND sounds like a sensible idea.

Could you create a feature request for this in the Kea repo at https://gitlab.isc.org/isc-projects/kea?

Kind Regards Peter

Subject: [kea-dev] Kea ReadTheDocs stable version

The BIND9 ReadTheDocs site has both a "latest" and "stable" version. When the "latest" is selected, a helpful pop-up message informs the user that it is the latest development version and provides a link to the "stable" version of the documentation.

In contrast, the Kea ReadTheDocs site only has a "latest" version, no "stable" version. Unfamiliar users may not know that this refers to a development version of Kea. The only way to discover this would be to go to the ISC main site and review the Kea version information on the downloads page, then return to the ReadTheDocs site and select the specific version in the long list.

I would like to suggest that the Kea ReadTheDocs site follows the example of the BIND9 site by providing a "stable" version that always links to the current stable Kea version and provides a warning pop-up if the "latest" development version is selected. If desired, I can create a feature request on the Kea project in GitLab. The issue template in GitLab suggested discussing the idea on the mailing list first.

Thanks for all your great work!
