[kea-dev] Kea 3.1.7 to 3.1.8 PostgreSQL schema version mismatch

Hello,

Kea is not starting after an upgrade from 3.1.7 to 3.1.8, but there is no
mention (that I could see) as to a schema change in the release notes. Is
there a fix?
