[Kea-users] Lease database filename is being ignored.

I'm trying to run kea with memfile lease database with persist: true, 
but when kea starts up it tries to open the file it was compiled with 
instead othe the file specified in the config.  This is on the latest 
git branch, 93ab4a4.  This is also on freebsd 10.3.
