[Kea-users] Unable to use custom port for MySQL in lease/host-database

There is already a Kea 1.2 (i.e. next release) ticket about this
(ticket #5061). I've just bumped its priority but it is waiting for
parser refactoring: it adds a new item in the configuration grammar.
The parser refactoring task is supposed to complete before the end
of the month and we are not late so IMHO this feature should be
supported pretty quickly.
