[Kea-users] user context on a lease

hi guyes

this new feature adding a user context to a lease is so power full and
needed !!!

i'v added a user context to a lease of a user
and from that point that user didnt get an address
this is the erorr message:  ERROR [kea-dhcp4.alloc-engine/32327]
ALLOC_ENGINE_V4_ALLOC_ERROR [hwtype=1 00:0c:29:45:76:11],

it started working after i'v deleted the user context from that lease.

i'm using kea 1.4.0 P1
centos 7
mariadb 5.5.52
