[Kea-users] Use perfdhcp to test IoT DHCP server?

I tried supplying a DHCP server IP address as suggested, but perfdhcp still
isn't reporting receiving responses.  Wireshark capture shows that the DHCP
server responded.  Does something on the host running perfdhcp need to be
configured?
