[Kea-users] client throttling possible?

I am migrating VLANs over from ISC to KEA DHCP6. Another "many requests
from one client" issue just cropped up -- one client is hitting the
server once a second asking to renew a PD_LEASE - here are 3 lines of
several thousand):
2020-04-20 00:15:01.796 INFO [kea-dhcp6.leases/8350]

2020-04-20 00:15:03.821 INFO [kea-dhcp6.leases/8350]

Other clients on that vlan getting /60 -PD requests, but that log line
looks like a /128 -PD request. Am I reading the log line correct?
(this looks like an real old Apple Airport Extreme router on the client
side...).
Thanks in advance,
Rudy
