Someone know how to convert the query for POSTGRESQL to MYSQL?

POSTGRES: INSERT INTO hosts (dhcp_identifier, dhcp_identifier_type,
dhcp4_subnet_id, dhcp6_subnet_id, ipv4_address, hostname) VALUES
('\x005002000200', 0, 1, 1, ('192.168.82.54'::inet - '0.0.0.0'::inet),
'porfa.dev.domain.br.');

MYSQL: ????
