[Kea-users] Problem with incrementing IP for the same Host

We primarily use Kea for host reservations however I need to assign a
certain pool of addresses dynamically based on mac oui and I've gotten that
portion working perfectly however for some reason during my testing the
same host keeps incrementing the IP address in the same pool and no lease
is stored in the mysql database or memfile while ruling out any database
issues.

Im using dhcptest to test a mac address against the server and it gets the
correct pool however it gets a different IP every time. After a server
reload it starts over at 7.100

Any help would be great.
