[Kea-users] Kea Server Docker on Windows Host doesn't lease to private LAN network

Hi Raghu,

Kea can be compiled on a POSIX compliant operating system. As Windows isn't
POSIX compliant you'll have a hard time.

I'm wondering if you are seeing docker network issues with the container
not running on the host network.
