First of all, thank you again for taking care of my problem. The good 
old mailing lists are still the most reliable than the various forums.

I won't be able to take a detailed look at the logging until Thursday. 
I'm currently on my way to SLAC in Berlin and won't be able to access 
the test system directly. But as soon as I'm back on site I'll have a 
look at your suggestion, I promise!

Since I have a lot of time to read and hopefully understand on the train 
to Berlin, I'm going to take a look at the original documentation on 
IPv6 https://kea.readthedocs.io/en/latest/arm/dhcp6-srv.html. I will 
also discard the suggestions copied together from various templates and 
rebuild the configuration file from scratch, I promise.
