[Kea-users] ISC Stork without KEA Control Agent

Christoph,
We're actively working on adding support to Stork to manage Kea without 
the Control Agent. It is expected in the next stable (2.4.0) release of 
Stork (in autumn). Currently, you're required to run Kea Control Agent 
if you want to manage it with Stork.
