[Kea-users] New Project: Kea Quick Config

A new release (0.4) of kea-quick-config is now available.  Here are the
changes in this version:

- Advanced the version number and prepared relnotes for 0.4 release.
   Also added a missing release note [#69]
- Repaired problem where pools contain multiple pool statements and
   resulting in some invalid JSON.  This was a problem since the
   introduction of shared-networks. [#68]
- Repaired most likely long standing problem where Firefox did not
   properly clear the form data when clicking "Start Over".  The
   fix was to reset each form before reloading the page after
   clearing the contents of sessionStorage [#67]
- Added support for loading open source hooks if they require
   no additional configuration parameters [#18]
- Added '"decline-probation-period": 15' to configuration output.
   For justification see [#70]
- Added support for simple hot-standby configuration of the
   HA hook to the "Hooks Configuration" form [#17]
