I am testing KEA to replace our Windows DHCP server. Have installed KEA on
a small VM and Stork on another VM (I know I can have them on both but I
eventually will have multiple DHCP VMs serving different networks in
different locations so I am testing this setup).
Everything seems to be working fine, there are no error messages in Stork
and it can "see" the test DHCP server. However, when I try to edit the
subnet and shared networks, I get a "missing hook" error message.
Do I need to subscribe to the paid hooks package to be able to edit these?
Surely that's a basic thing (to add subnets) and a far cry from being able
to integrate to FreeRADIUS for example? I can see the example subnet in
Stork (192.0.2.0/24) so I am guessing that manually editing the dhcp4.conf
file with our own subnets will make it appear in Stork and that I paying
for the hooks just for the convenience of being able to do the edits in
Stork? Or am I missing something?
I don't have a problem with paying for the hooks (and supporting OS
projects in return) just making sure I am not overlooking anything.
